Guilty as Charged is a sick album. Totally makes up for Grave Maker's Ghosts Among Men being just alright.

Got this last night, unreal album.

holy moly this rules.

Backing vocals in this album make me want to kill people.

You can't compare the two.. iron age has far more metal/thrash influence.

iron age pre the way is narrow can easily be compared. they were both nyhc worship. iron age wrote harder cuts and managed to evolve bitter end is still playing the same old shit. iron age is even from a better city in tx. saying that i actually like bitter end just nearly as much.

I still don't agree, i consider both bands completely different, i own every iron age record, and i don't see any NYHC influence, maybe that's just me though.

its true that bitter end hasnt reeeeally evolve a whole lot. this record and climate of fear are comparable musically but the production on guilty as charged kicks the shit out of CoF. the drums sound huge and the guitars have way more punch. iron age is awesome and althoguh ive never been a huuuge fan there are similarities but maybe not enough to really compare the two directly.

well yeah of course both bands are NYHC bands via texas. i just dont think bitter end and iron age reeeally sound all that much like each other. although live bitter end is way more cro maggy than recorded.

Iron Age is just a thrashier, subpar version of Bitter End

album kills it for 2010 so far. KOTF might change that though this fall.
