Going to Portland

I'm going to Portland in a week or so, after I stop by the olympics. Does anyone know of any portland hardcore bands?

i read in mrr ages ago --may '09, issue # 312, fuckers-- (cool issue too. had an interview with casey from never healed / lbal / yaphet kotto / good clean fun (for real) talkin 'bout some real dwid hellion/holy terror-esque, im-gonna-stick-a-coat-hanger-on-the-stove-and-shove-it-down-humanity's-asshole shit. makes it even real-er after he says he works at a drug rehab centre for fucked up teenagers) that criminal damage was recording a new album. it's been like 9 months now and i havent heard shit about it yet. i dont even know if these guys are still a band anymore. tragedy too -- have your heard anything about this band in the past 2 years?

yeah, i know about the album, i heard about it a long time back. just haven't heard anything from the band in a long ass time, i'm pretty sure they broke up. hopefully the album is still coming out.

i just dont get how i was being disrespectful, i only really said i havent heard anything about them in a while, but, you know, with that kinda snarky (but really, well-meaning a heart) attitude im known and loved for. mother fucker

tragedy haven't really been productive since nerve damage but they still play shows once in a while. friends in vancouver have definitely mentioned driving down to see them within the past few months.
