i only know cause we put one in my grandmotehrs house and it cost a fucking fortune. so i dont know if you're implying that they're gonna put one of those in the new black going up the stairs, but if so thats dumb

It's going to be a ramp that latches onto the wall and can just drop down.

If it's too steep for evan to push himself up someone can push him, it will still be substantially easier than stairs.

but those stairs are so steep. the ramp will be as wide as the staircase is, so the person will have to walk up the ramp behind him. how will they not slip.
