so ill have the Ropes demos in my hands within the next week or two. i'll have 8 for sale, and i already have emails from a few europeans asking about them, so let me know if you want one. not doing dibs, but if you want to buy one let me know.

also, they have a 7" coming out in 4 weeks or so. i'm distroing it for canada, so let me know if you want one in advance, cause i need to have a rough idea of how many to order.


coming sometime in the near-ish future:
Two cassettes from Rotozaza, blown out noisy raw punk from Phoenix. One is from their (failed) tour, Fuzz Never Sleeps. Other one is their 14-track demo.
Toxic State... Crazy Spirit 7", Crazy Spirit CS, Dawn of Humans 7", and Long Pigs CS. haven't paid for this stuff yet but i'll be ordering it soon.

We also still have copies of the Soul Swallower cassette, which is a preview of their LP entitled Devour. Still got a couple No Statik tapes, Unlearn demo, Willing Feet demo, and a few other titles. Still got a bunch of used stock as well.


I think we have other things on the way but I can't remember so fuck it. That is all.

ropes demo is monstrous. actually sounds like monsters playing music

the repos sound like demons being channeled through a youth of today song. the ropes sound like if that band went to hell and recorded a demo.

seriously the repos were one of the best hardcore bands of the last 10 years bar none. anyone who is a fan of ahrdcore and doesn't even give that band a listen is retarded.

i can't explain how excited i am for this new 7". the ropes demo will probably be my favorite demo of 2011, i've been jammin' that shit non-stop since it dropped.

hearts and heads explode is one of the best hardcore records i've ever heard, nevermind the last ten years.

also there's a new Iron Age release coming out tomorrow. they started to record a new record and then decided to call it quits, so they're releasing the songs on a cassette comign out on Cyclopean Records. it's limited to 200 and will never be pressed again.
i'll hopefully be ordering some for the distro, but can't really afford it right now so i'll probably just order one for myself.

if anyone is interested in this, you should probably just order it yourself tomorrow cause it'll be gone by friday.

If possible, hang onto one of these Ropes demos for me!
